1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times for European countries:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and courier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €50; otherwise, a flat rate of €4.99 applies.
Express Shipping: Fees vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries in Europe, including but not limited to:✔ Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Poland, and more.❌ We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Asia and Europe.
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package using the provided link or on our website’s Track Order page.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at _________.
If an order is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service before reaching out.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order is processed, and we cannot make changes.
